V-tech Machine Tool Repair was established in Houston, Texas by Vernon Patrick in 1996. Focusing on providing affordable, reliable and knowledgeable service V-Tech has become an industry leader in Machine Tool Repair services, and providing innovative solutions.

Since this time, V-Tech has been able to successfully expand their service area throughout North America, headquartered in Florida.

Peter Salemi
Owner, Senior Metrology Engineeer
Peter has over 10 yrs. of experience as a certified 3D Metrology Field Engineer, Asset Reliability Practitioner, and Business Development Consultant. Most recently, Peter was field service engineer with KRC where he specialized in resolving machine tool metrology and geometry issues within the 3D coordinate systems, predictive maintenance with root cause analysis, machine tool calibrations utilizing IFM and ADM metrology lasers, and was also instrumental with successfully executing their business growth and development strategies. He is also an exclusive FROMAG GmbH & Co exclusive manufacture representative for North America.
Peter has extensive training and certifications from the Mobius Institution, NRK Metrology Institution, and API Academy in the specialties of spatial analysis, GD&T (Geometry Density Tolerance), Laser Tracking, and a multitude of hardware, software, and applications. He is an active member of CMS (Coordinate Metrology Society).

Vernon's machine tool repair history started in 1979, at the age of 23, with General Electric Apparatus Repair Shop, located in St. Louis, MO working on large manual VTL'S and Lathes. In 1981, he was hired as a field service engineer by Mazak Corporation, headquartered in Florence , Kentucky. From 1981 to 1991 Vern traveled the United States, Mexico, Japan and Canada troubleshooting and repairing Mazak Machine Tools.

Lily Wu
Owner, Chief Operations Officer
Lily has 20+yrs. of experience as a Human Capital Strategist and Change Agent, from establishing HR Departments and Operations functions to leading organizations through the complexities HR Transformation, System Implementations, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Strategic Outsourcing initiatives. She has successfully implemented organizational change management initiatives relative to people, process, and technology.

Lily has held multiple Human Capital leadership positions with top Fortune 5 and FTSE 100 organizations including Optum, Deloitte, Informa PLC, Citibank, Raymond James, and Verizon Wireless. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management from St. Leo University.
